The Time To Transform 8-Week Challenge is a virtual fat loss-based program for adults.

The program provides you with a workout and meal plan. The workouts are designed to challenge all fitness levels and can be done at home or in the gym whenever is convenient for you. The meal plan is supplement-free and consists of whole food options you can choose from. (We do have meal plans for vegetarians/vegans and postpartum moms.) All information for the program is shared through our private Facebook group, where you can find live workouts-including; lessons on proper form, HIIT workouts, live question and answer sessions, and accountability from other members to help you reach your goals.

This is the perfect challenge if you're looking to kickstart your health journey. 

 

Once you purchase this 8-week challenge you will be added to an EXCLUSIVE Instagram and Facebook group, where Lucy and Aly will be posting the daily workouts and nutritional intake for you to follow for that specific day.

This challenge will be focused on burning fat while toning your body as well.

 

You will have the opportunity to ask Lucy and Aly ANY question you may have. There will be chances to check in and be given support by others in this challenge.

 

This is perfect for any individual in any fitness level.

 

There will be 4-5 workouts posted per week along with detailed instructions for cardio, a daily motivational speech, gymtimidation advice, proper form technique, and access to the rest of the community.

 

We also provide a nutritonal section where you learn about macros (fats/carbs/proteins), BMR, and how to determine your calories depending on your specific goal.

 

You will have the option to form friendships with other people with the same mindset as you, and where you can ask any question you may have. You will have access to this group indefinitely during and after this challenge.
