Once you purchase this 8-week challenge you will be added to an EXCLUSIVE Instagram group, where Lucy will be posting the daily workouts for you to follow for that specific day.
This challenge will be focused on burning fat while toning your body as well.
You will have the opportunity to ask Lucy ANY question you may have. There will be accountability check ins and be given support by others in this challenge.
This is perfect for any individual in any fitness level.
There will be 4-5 workouts posted per week along with detailed instructions for cardio, a daily motivational speech, gym-timidation advice, proper form technique, and access to the rest of the community.
Lucy will also provide a nutritional section where you learn about macros (fats/carbs/proteins), BMR, and how to determine your calories depending on your specific goal.
